Schedule it.
Leaving it up to chance is a surefire way for it not to happen. Pencil it in like any other important appointment. Treat it as such so that you can keep the promises you make to yourself. (Self-rapport is crucial for success!)
Habit Stack it.
Link it with other healthy habits that you already do. For example: Before brushing your teeth at night, pre-book tomorrow’s yoga class and set out your yoga outfit.
Enlist support.
Having a support circle that encourages a consistent yoga practice is powerful! Establish a system by enlisting a spouse, fellow yogi friend or coach for accountability. Set up preferred ways to keep in contact —whether through daily texts, weekly ritual phone calls or inspiring social media DMs!
