Shout out to everyone getting up every day and becoming masters of your craft. It takes so much patience and hard work, a willingness to see that:

  • IT doesn’t happen overnight.

  • IT’s going to be hard sometimes. 

  • IT takes a relentless amount of discipline to do sometime many, many times over and over before you are good.

  • SELF-awareness to see that it’s YOU doing this thing, not your ego looking for a payoff.

  • SUCH a clear commitment to the bigger picture that you can see that your contributions aren’t about you, but about what you can bring and how you can serve.

  • YOU got this, whatever your work, whatever your craft. Keep going!!
