Classes are 60 minutes unless noted. No two classes will ever be exactly the same, but every class, and every teacher, aims to deliver a consistent experience. The room is heated to 95 degrees with 60 percent humidity. You will sweat, but not feel overwhelmed.

We offer livestream classes through our online platform, Marvelous. In addition, videos are recorded and able to be played anytime, on-demand and at your convenience. Purchase our PPY@Home Online Classes Membership and online day passes through Marvelous.

Power

Breathe, move, sweat, be challenged, and leave relaxed, every time. Our Synchronized Vinyasa power classes are a unique style of power vinyasa yoga that links breath and movement. No two classes will ever be the same, but all classes, and all teachers, follow a specific sequence to deliver a consistent experience. The room is heated to 95 degrees with 60 percent humidity. Beginners are very welcome in every class.

All classes are 60 minutes unless noted on schedule.

 

Yin

Yin yoga is the perfect complement to power yoga. These classes are a much slower-paced experience and target the body’s connective tissue. Nearly all poses are done from either a seated or lying down position, and held in stillness for three to five minutes. This creates not only stillness in the body but stillness in the mind as well. The room may be warm, but is not the heated class experience of a power yoga class.

Core

Core strengthens and empowers the body, mind, and spirit. Our signature breath-based vinyasa with a focus on the core is strenuous and vigorous enough to get the physical results you want, but without the typical post-workout feeling of exhaustion. This is a physically demanding class, but keeps the focus on breath and synchronized breathing as the root of strength. The room is heated to about 80 degrees.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also known as Non-Sleep Deep Rest, reduces stress and maximizes rest, health, and well-being. The practice is done lying down in savasana in a non-heated room. There may be gentle warm-up movements, breathwork, or a brief meditation to prepare the body and mind to be guided through the method of yoga nidra, also known as “yogic sleep.” On a deeper level, yoga nidra is a profound spiritual practice and one of the most accessible ways to positively reshape the unconscious mind. It is suitable for people who are ready to dive deeper into their spiritual practice or simply looking to reduce stress, reset, and rejuvenate.

60 mins. Bolsters will be available. Feel free to bring any additional props you might like, such as blankets, eye pillows, or other pillows/cushions. Dress as comfortably as possible!

 

Kundalini

Kundalini Yoga is a quick and potentially life-changing style of yoga. It includes movement, meditation, mantra, mudra, and breathwork, all of which allow the body and mind to be taken to a different state of consciousness and awareness. It is a vehicle of transformation that will quite literally take you from one place to another. Virtually everyone will benefit from a Kundalini Yoga practice, regardless of your current level of fitness, health, and flexibility. Students experience more peace, presence, and growth.
