BUTI YOGA – Darcy’s new awesome class every Monday & Wednesday @ 7pm
The word “buti” means “the cure to something hidden below the surface”. This is a total body workout fusing yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics, transforming the body from the inside out. Buti is set to a fun mix of music. Come with an open mind, prepared to move, dance, sweat and unleash your inner goddess. The room will be warm. YOU will be hot!
FREE FLOW – Offered throughout the week Monday @4pm, Wednesday @5:45pm & Sunday @9am
A vinyasa power flow class, dynamically linking poses together with breath. The sequencing comes from each teacher’s unique perspective, making each class different and every experience new. Free Flow is suitable for all levels of experience. The room temperature will be warm to heated and will vary from class to class.
GENTLE YOGA – Anne’s new class bridging the practice of vinyasa and yin every Thursday @4pm & Sunday @6pm
A yoga class for all levels. This will be a slower paced practice, exploring held poses, which helps to safely build strength and flexibility. An inward focus is encouraged to develop self-awareness. The room will not be heated.
EVERY SUNDAY THROUGHOUT OCTOBER – Meditation with Denise 7:15am & 7:15pm
A donation class to help support a regular meditation practice. All levels are always welcome.
